The treatment of cancer must serve the patient’s best interest. Today’s therapies generally offer a delicate compromise of efficacy and safety while maintaining a high quality of life. Our three development programs focus on improving the overall care of cancer patients through acombination of improved safety, efficacy and tolerability.
- Pre-IND: product is in IND-enabling pre-clinical testing to support an IND
- Early Phase: product is in early clinical trials that include safety and dose-finding trials in humans. These are often described as Phase I and early Phase II trials.
- Late Phase: product is in efficacy trials that may include a pivotal trial for licensure.These are often described as Phase II and Phase III trials.
